As the summer winds down, we are finishing the first full
season in our Edgewater condo after the remodeling was completed last
year. The season was thoroughly
enjoyable, and was made all the more so by living in a condo that was
completely redone to meet our unique requirements. We also came to appreciate even more the
quality work and personal care you provided as our general contractor. It is one thing to design a remodeling to fit
our needs; it is another to implement the design in a professional and highly
skilled manner. This you certainly did.
We thus wanted to send you a letter of appreciation for all
of your fine work. We appreciated you
patience and thoughtful suggestions as we first conceptualized what we would
like to have done and how best to do it. Your intimate knowledge of how our unit was constructed enabled the most
efficient use of space. This was
particularly apparent when you told us you could expand the useable space in
the master bathroom by utilizing the dead space behind the side wall. We also appreciated your flexibility after
the basic design was finalized. Just one
example was your suggestion to add crown modeling. This added a very nice finishing touch, and
we certainly liked the very reasonable added cost for this last minute change
order.
Having just completed a new house in Florida, we were well aware of potential
problems in getting the builder to address the post-construction punch
list. This certainly was not an issue
with Sunrise. There were very few things that needed
work. And just as important was your
responsiveness in taking care of the minor repairs. You said when we met that you stand by your
work, and this you certainly did.
We have had the opportunity over the summer to ?show off?
our unit to house guests and other owners who are considering remodeling. This has never been an inconvenience. To the contrary, we are happy with the new
unit and enjoyed sharing remodeling ideas with others. And we also always highly recommended using Sunrise.

throughout, including air conditioning, plumbing, bathrooms and kitchen. We
liked your creative ideas as to recessed lighting, wall replacement, use of
